* Before depositing money, you should make sure that the product is in stock through the contact methods available at the bottom of the site, because handmade carpets are usually unique and cannot be replaced.

 Delivery Policy

    We ship Persian handmade rugs worldwide. However, certain some areas may have restrictions. If your location cannot be serviced, we will notify you promptly.
  2. Processing Time:
    – Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.
    – Custom or organized orders may take longer, and we will inform you at the time of purchase.
  3. Shipping Time:

– International shipping varies depending on the destination but generally takes 7 to 15 business days.

    – Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
    – Free shipping is available for orders exceeding 20.000 Euro to selected regions.

    – Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you to monitor the delivery process.
  3. Customs and Duties:
    – For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

    – Our store operates on an EXWORK basis, meaning the point of transfer for sending and Returns responsibility and costs is our office. Nevertheless, we make every effort to ensure the best experience for your purchase, including sending and potential returns.

Returns Policy

  1. Return Conditions:

WORLDRACS operates as a seller of handmade products from other manufacturers/owners. For this reason, after the end of the legal return period by the buyer and the failure to request a return of the product in accordance with the site rules, it is considered the final approval of the product by the buyer and the WORLDRACS will settle the account with the manufacturer/owner of the product.

From the moment of settlement with the manufacturer/owner of the product, the WORLDRACS responsibility towards the buyer ends and any request or claim after this period will be outside the WORLDRACS’s obligations.

Due to customs restrictions in Iran, returning items to Iran is difficult. Therefore, we only accept returns if the item’s photos and dimensions do not match the specifications provided on our website. However, you can request additional images and videos before making a purchase to ensure confidence in your decision.

– Due to the fact that all products are handmade, any slight differences from the stated specifications are normal and common.

Possibility of return (in case of discrepancy with the Items photo or size ) :

Up to to 3 business days from the time of receipt of the goods

*The time of receipt of the goods means the time when the goods are ready for delivery in the destination country according to the postal company’s tracking code. Therefore, if for any reason the buyer delays receiving the goods, his delay will not extend the return guarantee period and the sale will be final and the settlement with the manufacturer of the goods will be final.

– Items must be in their original condition, unused, undaamaged, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
